NOTE: I am not always available for commissions and there's a possibility I might decline the commission.

✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦
By commissioning you must accept for following:✦ Commissioned artwork is still owned by me. You may not sell or use the artwork as merchandise freely unless you pay a Commercial Fee ($150AUD). Please make sure you ask permission from me first before using the artwork for commercial purposes!✦ Using the artwork as an NFT/crypto-related/feeding it into AI is strictly prohibited. Please respect my wishes as I do not wish my artwork to be associated with that kind of media. This applies to ALL of my artwork.✦ You do not need permission from me to use the artwork as a profile picture/banner! Please feel free to use it in that way. However please credit me whenever used.✦ I have the right to turn down any commission request. This could mean that I may think your request is not something to my ability.✦ Edits/changes are allowed during the process stage, however please understand that I can only make minor edits once the artwork is completed. If you wish to make a big edit it might be charged with an additional fee.
✦ Commissions aren't first come first serve. I may wish to finish smaller requests first before working on yours if you have a bigger request. I may also have commissions that needed to done in advance.✦ You may only ask for a refund during the sketching stage.✦ Payment is done through Paypal Invoice. I accept AUD (Australian Dollars).
Please note that the AUD conversion is significantly lower than USD (eg. $100 USD = $150 AUD)✦ Payment is preferably done upfront, but I can also do half payments first as well. But please note that I will not start the commission until the first half of the payment is received.
